The key skills required for this event:
- Candidates were fluent in both written and spoken English
- Candidates held a Bachelor’s Degree
- Candidates had a minimum of 1 year experience in teaching (ideally 2 years)
- Candidates had an accredited (100 hours +) TEFL/TESOL certificate (CELTA, DELTA, PGCE, QTS)*
Attendees had the ability to explore employer information and opportunities from Bright Scholar, the largest operator of international and bilingual K-12 schools in China*. Candidates and recruiters engaged in one-on-one text-based conversations directly with a recruiter at Bright Scholar, who were able to view candidates’ background, experience, and résumé.
