For almost 60 years, top talent with diverse personal, academic and professional backgrounds have joined the Young Professionals Program to contribute to the vision and mission of the World Bank Group by working at the World Bank, IFC and MIGA.

WBG looks for prospective Young Professionals (YPs) to join them from around the world with diverse backgrounds, exceptional technical skills, outstanding leadership potential, and a demonstrated commitment to our mission and values. Working across the World Bank, IFC, and MIGA, their YPs help solve the world’s most pressing development challenges to improve the lives of millions globally.

Additionally, YPs take part in a structured learning and talent development journey through our YP Academy.
