Why do you collect personal data?
We collect personal data to be able to create an account that allows you to access the recruiters’ services. These services include:
- accessing the company account;
- carrying out a CV search; and
- posting jobs.
What personal data do you collect?
We collect:
- your name;
- your title;
- your email address;
- your company information, for example your name, the type of recruiter you are, address, phone number, website, sector, UK charity number and EC VAT registration number; and
- your marketing preferences.
How do you collect it?
You provide personal data to the Jobs recruiter website when you register as a recruiter.

What do you do with my personal data?
When you register, we give your company a recruiter number that we use to track activity across the site and for billing purposes.
Companies can have more than one individual account set up. We use your personal information to help deal with these accounts.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties
How do I delete or close my account with you?
Only the recruiter company management user can close individual recruiter user accounts. They can also add, edit and expire (remove the log-in details) recruiter service users. Once they do this, that individual will no longer be able to access the service. When we are asked, we can permanently delete individual accounts from the system. If not, we will keep some details, for example, the name, email address, associated recruiter and user ID, for record purposes.
